Today I had a MRI performed at Bulverde MRI and diagnostic. They are a very nice place, very professional staff and and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the MRI process and we did the MRI. I have a little claustrophobia but the MRI was taken care of very easily.
I would highly recommend Bulverde MRI services and will use them again if needed. I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism and knowledge and making my experience very acceptable.

I was referred to Bulverde MRI and Diagnostics by my family doctor and I am glad he did. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is up to date. The MRI of my lower back only took 20 minutes. The tech was very thoughtful and made sure that I was comfortable before starting the procedure. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was great. Connie, up front, was very helpful in setting up my appointment and all thru the whole process. Thanks to a job well done. Appointment within one day with exact pricing known in advance. Extremely efficient and pleasant experience. From check-in through the scan, everyone was very polite and professional. Too many times medical personnel seem either aloof or disinterested. Not that case at Bulverde MRI & Diagnostics where the staff was genuinely concerned with my care, explained every aspect of the visit/exam and was highly interested in the comfort of my wife and I. The MRI noise level was so low headphones are not necessary. We were in and out in less than an hour which included completing the necessary medical forms.
